DOX Mahler is being built on the site of Siza’s care location on Mahlerstraat. It is a beautiful, green location in the heart of Noord. DOX Mahler consists of over 250 new homes. There is also space for a public function such as a GP, physiotherapist or meeting place. We would like to hear from you how we can best fill this space.
DOX Mahler is part of changing Tilburg Noord. In collaboration with the neighbourhood, the municipality has described the future of Noord. Read more about this picture of the future here.

At DoxMahler, we make sure there is a suitable home for everyone. We build quality social housing that is rented out by WonenBreburg. In addition, we like to know what the residents of Tilburg-Noord need. Think of medium-rent homes, affordable houses to buy or care homes. Your ideas will help us put together the perfect housing offer!

DOX Mahler will be green, both inside and outside the complex. The green design means living in a healthy place for people and animals. We will create an indoor garden where residents can relax in the greenery and meet each other. Together with you, we will determine the layout of this garden and the greenery in the public space next to the complex.

We believe it is important to build responsibly. With attention to people and the environment. We use natural materials that reduce our CO₂ emissions. The buildings comply with the latest rules for nearly energy-neutral buildings (BENG), which means you live here with low energy bills and less impact on the environment.
